We offer legal aid funding for specified family law matters. However, please be aware that legal aid is quite restricted. It is available free of charge for parents involved in public law proceedings (care proceedings). For other matters, eligibility for legal aid will depend on the type of matter, departure rules, and means testing, such as for domestic violence, private law children, and financial issues.
