Yahya Wiseman

Yahya is a solicitor in the employment department of our Feltham office.

Yahya specialises in all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts and handbooks, directors’ service agreements, workplace disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, redundancy, and dismissal. He also has extensive experience negotiating and advising on settlement agreements.

He provides comprehensive legal advice and representation to both employers and employees, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. With a client-focused approach, Yahya delivers practical and effective solutions tailored to each unique situation.

Yahya holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Birmingham. He earned his Law LLB (Hons) from the University of Northampton.

Outside of work, Yahya enjoys traveling to new destinations and experiencing different cultures. He is also enjoys cycling, going out to explore new cuisines with friends and family, and volunteers at a local shelter.
