Tristan manages the HR department from our Feltham office.

Tristan is our specialist in-house HR manager, overseeing the well-being and health of our expansive legal team. He has over seven years of experience in all areas of HR and people management and joined Owen White Catlin to reinforce his belief that a firm's staff is its most important asset. Tristan’s recruitment skills lie at the heart of what makes Owen White Catlin stand out from other firms as we continue to grow.

He aims to ensure that our recruitment process finds and retains the best people for the roles on offer, selecting individuals with the highest calibre of talent in South West London, Surrey, and the Middlesex area.

When not at work, Tristan enjoys pretending to be a rock star and can be found playing the drums in a local group.
