Thomas Ross

Tom works in the Family department at our Ashford office.

Tom graduated from Swansea University with a degree in History, before attending the University of Law in Guildford, where he successfully earned an MA in Law. In 2022, he studied his Legal Practice Course (LPC) while working part-time with Owen White Catlin as part of the firm’s Wills and Probate team. Once Tom had successfully finished his LPC in 2022, he joined us on a full-time basis.

In his time working for OWC, Tom has assisted in arranging and managing probate, drafting wills, and preparing lasting powers of attorney as well as landlord/tenant disputes and settlement agreements. Since then, his specialism has shifted, and he now provides legal support in all aspects of family law, including Domestic violence cases, children’s matters, divorce proceedings, and financial remedy matters.

When away from his desk, Tom enjoys travelling and exploring new places. He particularly enjoys snowboarding, riding motorbikes, and attending events with his friends.
