Steve Darlington

Steve works in our accounts department, which is based in Feltham.

Steve manages the Owen White Catlin Accounting team and is responsible for all the financial, accounting, and managing information processes. He is also key to our IT services, financial modelling, M&A activities and all related due diligence.

Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant with one of the Big Six accountancy firms, where he gained invaluable experience in both auditing and corporate taxation.

From there, he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at BP for several years, followed by another few years as a Principal Lecturer in Financial Accounting and Taxation at the prestigious Greenwich University.

Steve has experience as a Financial Director at multiple well-regarded professional service firms and moved into the legal sector, where he now thrives.
