Rebecca Hayden

Rebecca is a paralegal in the Residential Property department based in Esher.

Rebecca joined Owen White Catlin in November of 2022, graduating from Newcastle University in 2021 with a First-Class Honours Degree.

Whilst studying full-time, Rebecca volunteered and committed to a pro bono scheme called Street Law, where she worked with local communities, youth groups, and schools. Their values promote education, empowerment, and justice, which have shaped Rebecca’s ethos as she transitioned initially to the Family department. She also assisted with the Wills and Probate department, drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney.

She now assists with re-mortgages and residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that her clients’ needs are met efficiently and fully.

In her spare time, Rebecca keeps active, enjoying bowling and padel. She loves travelling and has a particular curiosity for exploring new cities all over the world.
