Natasha Steele
Natasha is a Partner in the Wills and Probate department, based in Owen White Catlin’s Esher office.
Natasha advises both individuals and families on all aspects of private client law, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax, estate planning, and trusts. An aspect of her specialism is her legal insight into complex wills, including ones containing discretionary trusts, nil rate band trusts, and life interests.
As a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a global professional body of family-first lawyers, Natasha helps her clients plan for their futures, inspired by her own life, where she spends quality time with her young daughter.
Alongside this focus, Natasha also deals with all aspects of court of protection work, including applications for the appointment and removal of deputies and jointly owned property, as well as aiding with the management of affairs and assets of the infirm or individuals lacking capacity.
