Kate Pambos

Senior Associate

Kate is a senior associate in our Wills and Probate department, working in our Ashford office.

Kate read Law at the University of Surrey and graduated with an impressive First Class Honours (1.1) before going on to study for the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and her Master of Laws from the University of Law, achieving a Distinction from both.

In 2018, she qualified as a solicitor and now assists clients with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the administration of trusts and estates. Among her specialisms, Kate prepares Wills and provides estate planning and Inheritance Tax advice, including for high-net-worth individuals, those with building assets, and blended families.

Furthermore, she prepares and advises on Will trusts, including Life Interest trusts, Discretionary trusts, and Disabled Persons trusts, working within strict guidelines to meet her clients’ specific needs.

She also prepares effective Lasting Powers of Attorney to manage her clients’ affairs and deals with the administration of complex estates, including those with assets held in other jurisdictions.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys her family and travelling.
