Joelle Barnett

Joelle is an associate specialising in residential matters based in our Hammersmith Office.

Before joining Owen White Catlin, Joelle worked at TWM Solicitors LLP, Laytons ETL and Devonshires LLP. She brought her impressive experience to our firm, where she now works as a chartered legal executive in our Hammersmith office. In 2009, Joelle was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

She specialises in a wide range of residential matters, including the sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties. She also oversees the disposal of new-build properties on behalf of developers, acts for buyers and overseas investors on purchases of new-build properties (including off-plan, contract reassignment, and shared ownership), and manages shared ownership resales and staircasing.

She oversees and advises on auctions, lease extensions, deeds of variations, licenses for alterations, transfers of equity and remortgages, and secured lending over UK property with various international banks.
