Jeremy Parkinson
Jeremy is head of the Owen White Catlin Employment team based in Feltham.
After graduating from the University of Durham and later the College of Law in York, Jeremy qualified as a solicitor in 2007, specialising in employment matters. Jeremy worked for years at a large national firm and began working at Owen White Catlin in 2015. Recently, in January 2024, Jeremy was made a salaried partner.
Jeremy has a wealth of experience advising employers and employees, with a particular specialism in conducting complex, multi-day litigation in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, and Court of Appeal. Jeremy is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
With an impressive track record in successfully negotiating resolutions, Jeremy specialises in settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal, whistleblowing, breach of contract, unlawful deductions from wages, holiday pay, bonuses, discrimination (including disability, race, religion or belief, sex, pregnancy and maternity, and age), TUPE, disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals, contracts of employment, restrictive covenants, and lastly employment references.
