Deepjeet Walia

Deepjeet is a Partner in our Wills and Probate department and is based in our Ashford office.

As a Partner at Owen White Catlin, Deepjeet deals with all aspects of private client work, including preparing wills and administrating estates. He specialises in non-contentious private client matters, including probate and estate administration, setting up trusts contained in a will after the testator has passed away, inheritance tax advice and advice surrounding the gifting of assets during a lifetime.

Deepjeet is a member of the Society for Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Law Society's Private Client Section, reflecting his dedication to his specialities. Furthermore, he is a proud advocate for elderly and vulnerable clients.
