Clive Cooke

Clive is a conveyancing solicitor for Owen White Catlin, based in the Hammersmith office.

Clive was born and grew up in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, and studied law at the acclaimed Brunel University. He completed his Law Society final exams at the College of Law, Guildford, before becoming articled to Senior Partner of Wilson Houlder & Co in Southall, Middlesex.

Practising for over 30 years in the West London area, Clive has acted for parties in all aspects of property law and conveyancing. He has particularly specialised in residential and commercial property for the last 25 years. Before that, he worked in general practice encompassing Criminal, Civil, and Family law matters, so his expertise is extensive, which helps him keep an eye on the bigger picture.

Clive enjoys non-league football and is currently the secretary of Hanwell Town Football Club, who compete at Step 3 in the Southern Football League. He and his wife, Kathy, spend time together enjoying music, films, and a good book.
