Claudene Howell

Claudene joined Owen White Catlin in 2022 and advises on private family law from our Ashford office.

Claudene has always lived and worked in South London and the South East area. She studied Law at London South Bank University where she secured a First Class honours degree, followed by an outstanding distinction in the Legal Practice Course.

Taking a sensitive but professional approach to family law matters, Claudene advises her clients in all aspects of private family law, including divorce, financial and children matters, and nuptial agreements. She prioritises transparency above all and can assist you further with any issues arising from a relationship breakdown, with a particular specialism in cases involving children.

Claudene is the honorary treasurer for the Surrey Law Society and now sits on the Surrey Resolution Regional Committee and Resolution’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, as well as their dispute resolution committee.

In her free time, Claudene stays active by taking long walks, doing yoga, taking trips to the gym, and sometimes enjoying live music. She loves socialising with her friends and family and trying out new restaurants.
