Charlotte Marshall

Charlotte is a paralegal in our Wills and Probate department, based in our Shepperton office.

Charlotte joined Owen White Catlin in September 2023 and recently graduated with an impressive First Class Honours from Kingston University in London.

Charlotte is currently undertaking Qualifying Work experience as a Paralegal in our Wills and Probate department, where she specialises in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and the administration of probate estates. Her work is serving to hone and sharpen her specialist skill sets, gaining valuable insight into not only Owen White Catlin but also the intricacies and real experiences of wills and estate laws.

While gaining valuable hands-on experience, Charlotte is also pursuing her Solicitors’ Qualifying Exams at BPP University, anticipating her qualification as a solicitor in 2026.

When she’s not working on her impressive professional pursuits, Charlotte enjoys reading a good book, listening to music, and enjoying quality time with her family and friends.
