Carolyn Nathanson

Carolyn Nathanson is an Associate and part of the Family Law team based in the Feltham office.

Carolyn has over 20 years of experience as a specialist family solicitor at Owen White Catlin. She got her Law degree (a 2.1 LLB Hons) from the prestigious Queen Mary College at the University of London. Before working for OWC, Carolyn was a solicitor in the conveyancing department at Lewis Silkin.

Since then, inspired by raising her own family, Carolyn has become a fierce member of our family law department. She is also a member of the family law groups Resolution, First for Family Law, The Law Society, The Association of Women Solicitors, and is the Regional Press Officer for the South West London Resolution group.

Carolyn can help reach cohabitation agreements for new couples and also represents the ends of relationships with separation, divorce, or dissolutions of civil partnerships, including all aspects of financial disputes.

Furthermore, she advises on arrangements for children and works to ensure that both parents are represented in the picture of the family’s future. She also sometimes undertakes employment matters when advising on settlement agreements.
