Anne Byard

Anne Byard is one of our partners and Head of the Residential Property department. She is based in our Shepperton branch.
In 2000, Anne Byard joined Owen White Catlin as a trainee solicitor and has tenaciously worked her way up to becoming an Equity Partner in 2012. In December 2013, she became an Administrative Partner and, in 2016, became our Head of Conveyancing.
As the head of the residential property department, Anne specialises in all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold, leasehold, retirement properties, option agreements, shared ownership, equity release and re-mortgages.
Anne also enjoys travelling, particularly to new countries. She loves to cook for her friends and family and attends motorcycle road races with her husband.
