Alisha Kumar
Alisha is a Wills and Probate solicitor based in our Hammersmith office.
Alisha studied at the University of Surrey, graduating with a 2.1, and completed her LPC at the University of Law, where she achieved an overall Commendation. Her chosen electives in the LPC included family law, setting her on the path for her legal career where she prioritised advocating for elderly and vulnerable clients.
Joining our firm in 2019, she trained and worked at Owen White Catlin to successfully qualify as a solicitor in October of 2021. Her specialism now is based in the Wills and Probate team, working on drafting and finalising Wills, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney for her clients' business and personal affairs. Alisha frequently acts for clients in difficult periods of their lives, guiding them through times of bereavement or helping them to get their affairs in order.
Alisha prioritises patient and professional client care, especially advocating for her elderly and vulnerable clients. She frequently takes trips to local care homes and retirement homes to assist them in preparing their wills and lasting powers of attorney in a place they are comfortable and familiar with.
