Carolyn Nathanson

Carolyn Nathanson is an Associate and part of the Family Law team based in the Feltham office.

Carolyn has over 20 years of experience as a specialist family solicitor at Owen White Catlin. She has a Law degree (2.1 LLB Hons) from Queen Mary College, University of London. Before joining OWC, Carolyn was a solicitor in the conveyancing department at Lewis Silkin.

Since then, after raising her own family, Carolyn has become a valued member of our family law department. She is also a member of the family law groups Resolution, First for Family Law, The Law Society and The Association of Women Solicitors.

Carolyn can advise on cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements early in a relationship. She also specialises in advising and acting for clients when a relationship ends with separation, divorce or the dissolution of a civil partnership, including importantly, advising on all aspects of a financial settlement.

Furthermore, Carolyn advises on arrangements for children, relocation disputes and specific issues and works to ensure that a fair outcome is reached which benefits the children and the family’s future.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, eating out, theatre and travel.
